Efficient, Accurate Dental Implant Solutions
Replacing your missing teeth is more comfortable than ever, thanks to our comprehensive Newport Beach dental implant solutions.
At Dr. John B. Chrispens DDS & Associates we provide options for single and full-arch dental implants, along with supportive therapies, such as sinus lifts, gingival grafting, and provisional appliances.
The CT Guided Difference
Because our office utilizes 3D conebeam scanning, we can virtually create a surgical guide for a precise and comfortable procedure. This imaging also enables us to see all angles of your bone and oral anatomy, so that your implant treatment is mapped out digitally prior to the surgery. All prospective implant patients receive a complimentary conebeam scan and detailed cost estimate.
Single Tooth Replacement
The ideal implant patient is someone with one or two missing teeth. A strategically placed implant allows us to support a single crown that looks and functions as if it were a natural tooth. Individual restorations such as these prevent the need to alter or reshape adjacent teeth, enhancing the health of your overall smile.
Multiple Tooth Restoration
More complex implant surgeries usually involve replacing several teeth at one time. In these situations, an implant supported bridge or fixed implant denture is the best option. Both options are permanently attached to the implants, eliminating the need for a removable prosthesis. As few as 5 or 6 implants can be used to anchor a full arch denture. However, removable implant stabilized dentures are also available as an alternative to fixed designs.
Ongoing Care for Dental Implants
Like any other dental restoration, implants require careful ongoing maintenance and care. We recommend seeing you for continuing care appointments at least every three months (minimum) to reduce the risk of peri-implantitis or implant failure.
Our single tooth implants with crowns start as low as $2,999, or denture stabilization with two implants and locators for $3,999. Before you decide to remove a tooth, ask us what we can do to help you save it.
